Systems Support Consultants provides business support services including online bookkeeping, data management, fundraising operations, and tax services. The specific scope of services is agreed upon with each client prior to engagement.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services, and for maintaining their own copies of important records.
4. Fees and payment
Fees for our services are agreed upon in advance and are detailed in your service agreement or quote. Payment terms are stated at the time of engagement.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of your business and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systems Support Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by applicable law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship upon notice as set forth in your service agreement. Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed.
